Strolling along the streets of Stockholm’s Gamla Stan, take a turn down one of the quiet alleyways and discover those small cafés that offer a perfect shelter from the summer rain. Rustic and simple in style, this café is actually the reception of a small hotel on Sven Vintappares Gränd; In the charming 17th century building it offers a silent haven for those who have exhausted their feet on the crowded cobblestone streets marveling at the many architectural styles, hot dog stands and souvenir shops of the old city. I would recommend to try the tea selection, since the coffee was as old and strong as the cool stone walls.
