Lately we’ve had a chance to enjoy some beautiful sunny afternoons. But the cold autumn winds are blowing and the shopping streets are filling up with hungry fashionistas in the search for that perfect autumn wardrobe. This fall I’ve challenged myself not to buy anything new. When I’ve been browsing through magazines, all the titles scream: buy buy buy! “50 must-haves of this season”, “Update your wardrobe”, “70 affordable tips to get the catwalk looks”. I guess that’s the game. But does it have to be? More on that later.. The vintage silk tunic was a true gem; I paid 5 euros for it at one of the charity shops close to home. Cardigan is from COS a few seasons back and I bought the leather bag in Finland many years ago when I was studying. Shoes are from Bohemia Vintage here in Dublin.
